Before joining Capital, Robert served as a divisional lead in Scotland for Mitie, where he focused on carpet cleaning and managed a wide range of industrial cleaning services. This role allowed him to gain extensive experience in managing large-scale contracts, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, Robert worked as a specialist in Rentokil’s Hygiene Division, further expanding his expertise in hygiene services and offering him a detailed understanding of compliance and best practices across various industries. His background in these leading organizations has given him a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and demands of contract cleaning, industrial services, and hygiene management.
